عقب اللقاء الذي حضره رئيس جمعيتي إمكان وبيروت للتنمية الاجتماعية السيد أحمد هاشمية في دار الفتوى، توجهت الفعاليات السياسية والاجتماعية لمباركة حملة التشجير التي أطلقتها الجمعية في إطار جهودها الرامية إلى تعزيز الوعي البيئي والمساهمة في تحسين الغطاء الأخضر بالتعاون مع وزارة الزراعة وجمعية وقد شملت هذه الحملة زراعة 10000 شتلة في مناطق حيوية في لبنان.
Following the meeting at Dar Al-Fatwa attended by the president of Emkan and Beirut Association for Social Development, Mr. Ahmad Hachmieh, political and social figures expressed their support for the afforestation campaign launched by the organization. This campaign is a part of the Association’s efforts to enhance environmental awareness and increasing green cover. The campaign, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and the “Lebanon of Tomorrow” Organization, involved planting 10,000 seedlings in inhabited regions across Lebanon.
